I ordered for Groceries for Rs.770 On March 1st 2021 and it was prepaid through Phone Pe. Order was Declined without intimation and money is not refunded yet. When called customer care it was said as Money will be refunded within 7working days. Now no money is refunded or even that order which had discrepancy is not being able to view on Jiomart mobile app My Order list.
