Jiomart — Non refunding of the amount

I placed an order amounting of Rs.1184 and the same amount is deducted from my account.But in the app, it is showing as Rs.796 and neither the products are delivered not i got my money back.
Even after me constantly trying to reach them out, they always send me d same mail again and again.

I did online payment for the first time on jiomart and they cheated on me.Till now i did COD and there was no issue with them.But this time they have cheated on me.Many people are complaining about this.Their toll free number is also misguiding.
Please help me out.i want my money back
