I had ordered for product on 7th April to be delivered on 14 but so far no delivery is attempted but in tracking they show unsuccessful delivery attempt. even OTP is not received so no chance of delivery being attempted by them. Tried to reach customer care but very pathetic, they do not resolve just say escalate and move timelines by 3-5 days.they do not have any idea . It seems they are taking prepaid order without delivery. Worst consumer experience Was this information helpful? |
