Hi Team,
Recently i have purchased a Oven from JioMart, the product was tested and found defective . Instead of taking it back, Jio is asking me to take it to a technical service centre repair it and use it.
The real problem is i booked the oven for my parents, How could they understand all this and take it to a branch centre and also i paid for a new product. If the product is not working how would we be responsible for it?
I am planning to take it to court and Media.
