Jiomart — Payment done to Jiomart for products but products not received

Sir/Madam,

I have paid Reliance Retail Limited for grocery items but the products were not delivered nor my refund is received in my account.

My transaction details as follows:

paid through UPI online payment Ref.[protected] dated 29/3/23 for Rs. 1, 876

Request Jiomart to refund my amount to my bank account.
