Jiomart — Payment not received by the receiver but amount debited from my account | |||||
Recently, I made an online transaction to jiomart online site on 23/6/20 to the amount of INR 5808. But the receiver declines that he has not received complete payment from my side. They claim that they have received only INR 1050. But from my side the amount was debited and the payment has shown success. I repeatedly contacted jiomart regarding this issue. But they strongly convey that the fault is with the bank side. So, I would like to raise a dispute on this transaction. I want the bank to take necessary action regarding this concern.
