Jiomart — Poor customer service and ridiculously late delayed delivery careless attitude by Jiomart staff

I ordered 8items on jiomart app on 6thjune on the app it showed delivery will be on 8th. on 8thi checked it delivery date was changed ro 9th then it was changed to 10th and today i checked its changed to 11th and 6items canceled from their end stating short delivery

so i was following up with them for this delivery and requesting them to send it they did not pay any heeds. when requested to cancel this order as all items cancelled except for two unnecessary products
they are adman sorry cant be done.!

every order they are doing same. If you'll read their FB page its flooded with complaints from buyers like me.

EVery time we order our product items are cancelled. delivery date changes every date untill it is one week or as it pleases them

Sir my question here is,
we are the buyer we are buying goods from them.
If a partlicular product is not available them why are they screening it available on their app...???
at time oforder checkout the date of delivery given changes atleast three times. Why? for what reason..?

Also they wont cancel my order nor they will postpone it while i have given my money to them..
then how can they cancel irems in my order than was confirmed ok by them and paid fully by me...?

Sir this particular order i requested trhem to cancel as out of 8items they already cancelled 6. So nothing imp left
and i already followed up and requested them to send it by 10th june
which they didnt care at all to address or to attend to.

if they cant provide products showing on their app within date given by them then why are they mentally harassing customers..?
they are incapable o[censored]nderstanding the sentiments of customers and they
are ungrateful towards customers who want to order from them.
Also they dont value the time and need of the consumer

When i said over phone to the guy who didnt have any answer any solution to my query, i'll report to consumer forum. so he is sassying and replying you can complain on consumer forum.! but we cant cancel order!

So basically it means they are telling customers you cry plead or die we will do what we want bcos nothing really will happens to us here.!

Is there any possible way to let the actual owner know how his business is run. ultimately we were buying from this outlet on his name attached to it.
This type of bad practices and poor handling of customers will result in bad reputation and loss in business. even on small scale a loss is a LOSS

they sent me another segment of order containing broken cup. when asked to refund in bank account they are forcebly adding it to wallet but what if i dont want to buy from these [censored] jio jao mart..?

Its like monopoly dictactor type marchandise where they do what they want and customers are made to suffer they are not even bothered by consumer forum or anything. what should we do now?
