[Resolved] Jiomart — Poor response and not refunded the money

I placed the order on jiomart on 10.08.2020 and got the delivery. Delivery time was also delayed however got it. As an offer, refund of 10% amount is to be given but it has not been credited so far. Most surprisingly, no one is picking up the call on jiomart customer care number. Thereafter, I sent several mail and message on twitter enclosing the bill/invoice but no action has been taken so far. It is really poor response from such a jiomart brand of RELIANCE. Iam enclosing bill/invoice herewith.

Jio mart has not credited cash back amount which has delayed abnormally. Please do needful to get it credited

Updated by licniti Issue has not been resolved and complaint showing Resolved which should be Re-opened. No mber of email sent to jio mart but no cash back amount has been credited . Kindly do needful duly follow up with JIOMART
