I have logged a complaint regarding Tide washing powder which was having quality issue. The powder was wet and not usable. Called customer care and dropped emails multiple times to [protected]@jiomart.com, [protected]@jiomart.com but they are delaying and not resolving the issue. They are not Initiating Refund or replacement and whenever we call they ask to wait for 1 day and this process goes on and on endlessly.
Think twice before ordering any stuff from jiomart because they don't have any mechanism in place when it comes to replacement or refund. Was this information helpful? |
