I ordered a chair from Jiomart on 5th September'23 & paid for the same also, it was showing expected arrival date as 7th September'23 but till date its undelivered. I fist complained about the same on 8th September'23 vide ticket number[protected], where the executive said that it will be resolved within 3-5 days. Now I am calling the customer care everyday & getting only one statement "will be resolved as soon as possible". No use mailing to any level as they do not have any escalation matrix. On mail one response is received that you already have a ticket so no we are cancelling this ticket. Total frustrated with such unprofessional company with such low ethics.
