My order was delivered with missing product and I had called up the customer care and inform them about the same, but no refund has been initiated nor any update has been done on the order about the refund.
Products missing in order-
Sugar 1 kg- Rs. 45/-
Bread 350 grams- Rs. 18.05/-
Nippo Gold AAA batteries - Rs.103.55/-

I had been informed by jiomart that because I had shared the OTP with the delivery guy, without checking the order. They will not help me with my complaint.
This is cheating, I had ordered my monthly groceries and was not able to check the items, this guys have made us fool because of our trust on the brand..not acceptable..
