Jiomart — Quality of the product is not good

I ordered Good Life black raisin 500gms which costs Rs.189 on
5th dec 2023.

When i tasted them it is soo bad
it is not like the regular raisins i dont know why
i tasted so many raisins with different brand and i also ate the goodlife brand before
with that trust i ordered of 500gms but this diasappointed me so much
it taste completely different and feel like eating some type of chemical and the raisin size and quality is soo bad.
and it contains like dust particles.
it is such a low quality product i want the refund

i need immediate response from you as soon as possible and clear my issue
