Received 10 rs chips packet instead of the 2 ghee boxes in the order that was delivered on 19 November. As you can see in the cctv video screenshot the time and date of delivery. The delivery guy has flat lays chips inside the packet, in no chance it can contain two 1 litre ghee boxes.
Jio support is pathetic they closed my raised ticket as resolved without any basic enquiry or investigation. I request the reputed jio employee who is reading it to figure out why was my raised ticket was marked as resolved as i have given all the necessary details. I have raised a ticket again via customer support but still nothing has happened and i think i need to wait again for 5 days then the ticket will be marked as resolved.
I want the refund of the product that was not delivered.
If nothing is done i will be more than happy to file a case and move to court.
