I purchase Green Chef Induction cooktop on 8.3.2023 and I received parcel on 10.3.2023, when I open parcel I shown that Induction Cooktop is broken on top side, same time I request for return production, and the second day 11.3.2023 customer care of Jiomart send me message your RETURN REQUEST is rejected, I further call them on customer care but they say department is different so they can't help me. I asked them give me another number for call but same I not share any for these matter.
