Jiomart — Refund as items are not delivered

My order (order no.:[protected]A) is not delivered. I got a message from their kochi office, that they regret as my order is not delivered. They informed me that the refund will be paid within a week.
Despite repetitive followups, I haven’t received refund for my order.
