Jiomart — Refund not credited-Jiomart

I have completed payment of Rs.316 on Dec 2, 2022 on Jiomart via Gpay, but the order is not placed and the amount is not refunded yet.

I have sent several emails regarding this to customer service and they were asking for pan and cancelled check. I also sent these documents, still the issue not resolved.

Gpay transaction details attached herewith for your reference.

Please do the needful.
