I ordered a dress on 17-March, which was delivered on 27-March. The dress was totally different from online listing, so I returned it on 28-March. Now they are not refunding my money at all. Everyday they are sending me same message that "your refund against the order id failed due to technical glitch, to reprocess your refund, request you to share your bank details by writing to [protected]@jiomart.com". I have already send them my 2 bank account details through email. But, they are saying same thing everyday by sms. Kindly look into this matter to get my money back. Was this information helpful? |
