I had ordered two pairs of shoesout of which only one pair was delivered and payment was taken for two pairs i came to know this after the payment was done and contacted the customer care and mailed the same but no response i had returned the order and the delivary boy is asking for the 2nd pair of shoes which was not delivered and raised the query again and one month passed no response not yet received my money nor the shoez Was this information helpful? | |||||

IN THIS ORDER I HAD ORDERED TWO PAIRS OF SHOES AND RECEIVED ONLY ONE PAIR AND THE PAYMENT WAS ASKED TO BE PAID FOR THE FULL ORDER OF TWO PAIRS, AFTER OPENING THE PACK I CAME TO KNOW THAT IT IS CONTAINING ONLY ONE PAIR I THOUGHT WITHIN 1-2 DAYS I WILL RECEIVE THE SECOND PAIR BUT IN VAIN.
I HAD COMPLAINED THE SAME TO THE CUSTOMER CARE AND TRIED TO TALK THEY ASKED FOR TIME BUT THAT WAS DELAYED ONE MONTH HAS BEEN COMPLETED I RECEIVED A MIL STATING THAT THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE SECOND PAIR NOR THE MONEY WHICH I HAD PAID FOR THE UN DELIVERED SHOE.
I REQUEST THE KIND AUTHORITY TO MAKE SURE THAT I MAY RECIVE MY MONEY BACK | |||||
