Jiomart — Regarding return/refund | |||||
Hi On 31st Jan 2021 I have received Order Number[protected]A &[protected]A which was returned on 3rd feb 2021. It's been 20 days i have not yet received refund of Order Number[protected]A. It has been communicated and promised by jiomart customer care that within 5 to 7 working days the amount will be credited to my jio wallet as it was a COD but my wallet is showing zero balance. ORDER NUMBER[protected]A was returned along with the above order but no refund or return status is shown in your jiomart app. I need proper update explaining the refund of above two orders ASAP. This kind of service is really very disappointing from jiomart. I have enclosed screenshots for proof and better understanding.
