Jiomart — Reliance jiomart item ordered not received after 1month. On feb 21 St also, jiomart app showing arriving item on feb 4th.

At that order time the item will be delivered on 2 days message shown. But the other 2 items delivered on the scheduled time. This items only still showing will be delivered on 4 th feb. Now 21st feb, same message showing in green color. I raise a complaint 1 week before on jiomart app. No response. Then wrote to head of customer service. They told we are looking. After 3 days no further action. Then I requested refund. No refund also processing. I never expected this much bad service a well known reliance jio. Now where I can complaint at least for a refund.
