Let me start directly by saying that I have had a very bad experience in dealing with your customer care support to address my refund concern on two products even after following it up continuously for a long time but none of them entertain it seriously.
I requested a refund on 7 Feb, 2023 but nobody picked my return thereafter. I tried many calls with customer support and they were only able to provide request IDs every time they interact with me by saying that it will be done in 2 days. But, I could only manage those useless request IDs and nothing else, providing few of them for your perusal:[protected] &[protected].
The app is still showing that the products are returned but the refund amount is yet to be accounted for. The other details pertaining to the products are:

Every time i connect with customer care, they generate a new request and parallelly close it without any contact with me. The last communication i held with them was on 7 March, 2023 by sending a further email to there 2nd escalation ([protected]@jiomart.com) but no avail.
