I have ordered an Aquaguard 6.2 litres Neo UV + UF + MC Water Purifier with Mineral Charge Technology with an order ID[protected]A on 30.11.22.
It was delivered on 03.12.22 and installed on 05.12.22.
After 30 minutes of installation, purifier started leaking. After checking by dedicated technician from Reliance, he said the valve from inside is leaking and product is faculty. It is required to replace with new one as this is new product.
Then after I am continuously registering complaint for replacement of the product and product was picked from my home after 20 days of installation.
Now already 7 days passed from pick up date since there is no update from Reliance or Jio.
This is worst service from Jio or Reliance.
My family is suffering without drinking water and we have to purchase drinking water from outside. Accordingly financial implications applicable to me daily Rs 50. More than Rs 1500 I have already paid for water jugs from outside due to useless services from Joi and Reliance.
