I placed an order for Wonderchef Turbo Dual Speed Food Processor with Non-slip Base (Black) on JioMart. The product was delivered to me as a defected product. I contacted the customer care for refund of my amount and return of the product. However, the company rejected my refund and return request three times. With best of my efforts, I couldn't get my money back. The customer care is asking me to visit the service centre for further assistance. This is totally ridiculous as I have received a defected product, then why should i approach the service centre. The product has been delivered as broken. This was my first order to JioMart and will be the last as well. Jiomart is deceiving its customers and is giving a very bad taste of online shopping. I will ensure that no one from my family, friends and relatives places any order to Jiomart. I wish some leagal action could have been taken against this fraud Jiomart company.
