I recently placed an order (Order Number:
[protected]W ) and faced several challenges:
The JioMart application was inaccessible for nearly 30 minutes, delaying my order update.
I haven't received any confirmation email/whatsapp/message.
Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I encountered unhelpful responses and difficulty in communication. The two female representatives lacked proficiency in English and said that it's not their job to raise email confirmation and I have to mail, and one even suggested contacting my bank for issues that seem to be within JioMart's domain. Why should I contact my bank regarding my order and emi details? ain't jio is supposed to send the email with all the required details as i have placed an order of around 70k which is huge.
I am particularly concerned about the lack of order confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or SMS. Additionally, the worst support of competent customer support adds to my dissatisfaction.
I am seeking the following resolutions:
Immediate confirmation of my order, preferably via email, including the EMI details and due date as mentioned during the order process.
An explanation for the technical issues affecting the JioMart application and the subpar customer support experience.
Consideration for compensation due to the inconvenience caused by these issues.
I request your prompt attention to these matters and a comprehensive response addressing each concern.
