I wish to bring your kind attention, on a unethical practices done by big brands like Jiomart, Me and Moms Pvt Ltd and their logistic partner, I ordered a pram (Mee Mee Baby Stroller) from jiomart website on 4th april 2023 with order no[protected]M. I was asked to pay 3599 rs in advance, but later during delivery they send a soap cleaner instead of pram (Baby Stroller). When asked to replace the wrong order, they denied to do replace the wrong product with the originally ordered product. They asked me to cancel the order and wait for refund, Meanwhile again pay for the product and wait for 7 days. The delivery was done at my address 531, markal, khed, pune 412105. But, for pickup they gave me a reason of wrong address. Meanwhile, i came to understand that this is their strategy to ask for money in advance and and fool the customers. May will leave the paid amount and a few will fight to get refund. Even if they ask for refund the duration these company take is soo much that they get to use this customer money for free of cost. This is a case of fraud and illegal money making. I have all the required telephonic conversations recorded, where they denied to take my complaint on phone, and when complaint was made on email, they sent a message of ticket resolved even when the issue was not resolved. I have been cheated by them financially, and emotionally. They have taken money from me with a promise to deliver baby stroller pram, but they failed to act as per their promise and advertisement. They wasted my money, my time and also the event when i wanted the product is crossed. I wish to get justice by strict action against these companies who fool many people like me.
