I ordered a product and different product arrived and I registered a complaint, next day their helpline called and accepted that they delivered a wrong product. From that day they don't have any update. Their helpline is one of the worst I have ever seen, they just tell you what's available and can be seen on the website. They policy is 3-5 days, it been more nearly 10 days and counting. After they accepted their mistake they just ghost customers. As fas as I am aware there is no other way to reach their team. Their email just gives out automated replies.
