[Resolved]  Jiomart — Zebronics Companion 104 Wireless Desktop Combo

Delivered item was defective.

In jio mart there is 7 days of replacement policy on electronics but jio mart customer service person says you have to go to Zebronics service center for repair the defective item. My question is why should I go to Zebronics service centre? still there is replacement policy was there. I'm requesting to you please solve my issue.
