Jipmer — admit card issue 2017

I have registered for jipmer md/ms exam for the year january 2018 session and had paid a fees of 1517.7 including transaction charges. But when i tried to download my admit card before the exam my home page showed that i havent done the payment. I tried to pay again but the last date already over. I contacted my bank (Bank of baroda) and filed a complaint. After a tedious process of 2-3 weeks i got a reply that the payment has been successfully settled to the merchant via transaction reference number jbbr[protected]. I am at a dilemma here. I have payed the money which is supposed to be a successful transaction yet couldnt write the exam. Please help me settle the issue with the refund

Updated by Abhijith C. Anil Its has almost been a week since i posted my complaint here. I havent recieved a reply yet from the concerned. This is fraudery and injustice in a way that i couldn’t appear for the exam as well as lost my money. Please help me find a solution to this so that such a thing wont be taken so lightly in future.
