Jipmer — incorrect url

Sir,
After registering for jipmer, i received my user id and password and link to log in to my account but right after logging in, it says * error code - eferr001 note - incorrect url*
I have registered on 08/03/18 and it is already 14/03/18 and i'm still facing the same problem so i have not been able to fill up my form still.
User id - 51319
Therefore, i kindly request you to look into this matter as soon as possible.
