Jipmer — showing as wrong credentials while logging in

Sir,
I have registered my son, nikhil kollins name for jipmer mbbs 2018 with user id 56671, but due to some doubt over uploading photo and signature, halted in the middle of form submission. After that, while opening it, showing as wrong credentials. My email id is kolly. [protected]@gmail.com and mob no. [protected] and alternate no. [protected]. Please help.
