[Resolved] Jiva Ayurveda — Doctors of jiva ayurveda are misbehaving, fraud and uneducated. Also abusing with patients. And never give respect to customer or patient

I watched many commercial ads of jiva ayurveda on television so i ordered medicines from jiva ayurveda for taking treatment for social anxiety disorders and for high blood pressure. An executive asked me to make payment online so i made online payment successfully. After 2-4 days i received medicines, (Medicine id: oct[protected] but i need to tell that jiva wants to make profit that's why they send me medicines and some more spare medicines which are not ordered by me and they wrote wrong my name as md. Kasib (Patient id: jtc408347) instead of md. Kasif. I taken medicines but medicines gave worst reactions and i got fall down more than three times a day after taking jiva_ayurveda's medicines but i compromised with my fortune and continuously taking medicines. After 15 days i received another call from jiva ayurveda and asked me about my health then i clearly told them about not a single improvement in my health and also told them about problema generated after taking their medicines. After 15 minutes i received another call from doctor of jiva ayurveda he told me that "we are replacing your medicines with new medicines and asked me to make payment again so i asked him why do i need to payment again for replacement? Then doctor's language got abused and he said"jiva_ayurveda's medicines are for educated persons only not for mad or uneducated persons like yourself" and he disconnected the call.

Updated by Kasif Kashif Jiva's so called Doctors are for abusing and misbehaving with their Faithful Patients. Doctor's Language who made a call to me got Abusing and worst behavior. Then After He disconnected the Call. If Jiva don't believe on my words or Complaint so they can hear call record.

Me and my mother went to clinic in thane. My mother was suffering from cold and cough so they added one new medicine and asked her to take them till cold is there (may be for about one week and dis-continue it later on). Firstly they suggested one powder but the person at clinic said that is out of stock. So they suggested to buy small box of medicine which is of Rs 60/-. I paid for the medicine and while giving medicine they asked me to pay Rs 60/- more. When I inquired about why more 60/- they said small box is not available only big box is available hence the cost is 120/- so I need to pay extra 60. I refused to pay by saying she has to take till cold is there and usually cold goes away in max one week to 10 days. so I won't be buying big medicine. So they agreed to refund me 60 Rs. Then I said you were initially suggesting me one powder so give me composition of that powder I can buy from any Ayurveda medical and take it as Ayurveda medicines are 90% powders only.
But doctor refused to give me composition and said that medicine will not be available on any other Ayurvedic medical store. I mean what?? 100% products sold by baba Ramdev's patanjali are based on powders like Ashwagandha, Trifala churna etc. I remembers she (doctor) said "Ashwagandha powder" but she refused to confirm same when I chose not to buy big packet of medicine. Poor ethics. I was buying all her medicines for my mother's knee pain as it has helped my mother but what's wrong in giving some common medicines which we can buy from any Ayurvedic medical shop for cold and cough???

P.S. But I agree that I and my mother have benefited from JIVA medicines for sure.
