[Resolved] Jiva Ayurveda — Why they not provide me soft copy of my prescription and bill | |
I called so many times to Alambagh jiva center to provide softcopy of my prescription and bill but they disappoints me a lot, they tell me that they will send my request to their headquarters and revert me with in 48 hours...but after 8 days .. i still can't receive any softcopy of my last two prescription... And behaviour is also so rude of their employees at jiva alambagh specially the person on bill desk... They even don't want to clear the doubt of customers... Was this information helpful? | |
