With huge belief we had opted for HINDUSTANT Pureit
, but looking at the service, we think, we make a mistake. I had lodged a complaint for changing PUREIT
BATTERY on 19.11.2009, wherein we were assured that the battery will be changed within 3 working days, but when on 24.11.09 I enquired at call centre ([protected]) they regreted for delay and lodged a complaint no. C[protected]on 24.11.09, and than on 26.11.09 I received a SMS stating that my complaint no. C[protected] has been attended by your representative and whether we are satisfied?? This SMS I have received when nobody had attended to my complaint nor battery was replaced, when I again contacted on above call centre no, and informed them about the SMA, they again lodged a new complaint no. C[protected] dt. 26.11.2009 and assured that within 48 hours the battery will be replaced.
From above you can see that for replacing a battery I had registered by complaint on 19.11.09 and till 26.11.2009 the battery was not replaced, again and again new complaints are lodged with assurance to give service within 48 hours, God knows when this 48 hours will come??, When regularly followed up with your local AIROLI Person ([protected]) for 2 days he assured that complaint shall be attended and battery shall be replaced, since yesterday he too had switched off his mobile, this is not a service????
We too JK Organisation, knows how important today customer is, If HINDUSTAN PUREIT
gives such an service to his customers, I think, you are giving a option to your competitors to capture your customers.
I sincerely believe my above complaint, will be seriously taken, and tommoroww your executive shall definetely visit to attend our complaint at following address:
