Jm Fin Asset — HSBC credit card settled but not clear the status from CIBIL

This is belongs to HSBC credit card default.Even after the settlement also the written off is not removed from my cibil.I requested banks as well as cibil also, and tried to contact the JM finance regarding this issue. No response from their end, till now I didn't got any right contact number to resolve this issue. Please advice or support me how to come out from this. Thanks, Raveendar
