Personal loan account does not belong to me

I had never applied or availed personal loan bearing a/c no.[protected] against which jm fin asset reported to cibil on 30.09.12 that rs.1, 12, 699/- was written off which is affecting my cibil score.
I request you to kindly take appropriate action and ensure to delete the entry from my cibil report henceforth....

This is belongs to HSBC credit card default.Even after the settlement also the written off is not removed from my cibil.I requested banks as well as cibil also, and tried to contact the JM finance regarding this issue. No response from their end, till now I didn't got any right contact number to resolve this issue. Please advice or support me how to come out from this.
