Sir, am studying on am reddy engg. College b. Tech final year ece dept.. Sir 2019 4/1 sem cmpltd on nov 6th but 4/2 start at nov 7th 2019. As per univerisity rules the 2nd semester started on nov 19th 2019. But my clge started at nov7th. Why started then sir. My native place pathakothacheruvu guntakal mandal anantapur distirct. Ma ammani choodaka 4 mnthd iendhi thanani choodalante maa clge vallu pampinchatledh sir. Please help me sir
