I used SB Collect to pay my college Tatkal PC fees of 3017.70 /- to Jntuk exams on 14/02/2023 through Internet banking ( ICICI ) and the money was debited from my account but the sb collect payment history is showing Status-PENDING and Transaction Description- RESPONSE PENDING FROM NETWORK. Kindly look into this matter as I need my fee receipt for getting signature from my college principal to go and collect pc from JNTUK. MY REFERENCE NUMBER IS- DUK5301391.
