IBM Job Scam For Freshers. — Fraud by some people in noida and charging 1.8lacs to get placed in IBM

I am Sumit Kumar, a engineer Student of 2012 batch passout from Pune University.
I Scored 59% aggregate and due to the less in 1percent i was not able to attain the recruitment drives of many companies.
After searching job about past 8 months i found a person name Mr.Sachin Jain as he call himself a Head of Recruiter in IBM India Pvt Ltd.
I saw a add on quickr.com regarding opening in IBM for software developer and SAP developer and after then i called him to know more about the openings.I asked him what is the process to apply for job and he replied that there are two ways :
1.You give me your CV and i will forward it and rest procedure you have to do by your own.
2.You give me 1.9Lacs and i will do every formalities and with in 2weaks you will become a employee of IBM with a package of 3.5-3.8lacs.
I thought he is a recruiter and he is saying like this.so i thought there is a big fraud case and i then started finding the truth behind them.
i started recording the calls which is between me and him. The person was so kind of Expert in those fraud that there were no fear of police on him.
He talked with my father, that you dont worry you give me money and i will do all work for you.
after 1 day of conversation between me and Sachin, He said that on 27feb his colleague will mail me a application letter and i have to fill that form and send to him rather than on company id.

After filling the form i mailed him and waited for his next call.
After 1day he again called me and asked for make the ticket to Noida office of IBM for next round. and he also cleared that the amount of 1.6Lacs should be in cash and i have to hand over the amount to a person outside the IBM office.I said ok sir. My sister is also working in Pryamid IT consulting so i also told her regarding this deal and i told her to talk with Sachin to verify the fake personality. She talked with him and after some time he called me that as your sister is also a HR so i dont want any interference of her in this process as it can harm for his job also.
I said yes sir you dont worry of that.
After then i made the tickets and on the same day i got a mail regarding confirmation from IBM but this time the name of Sender's mail of IBM was different and i clicked that the person is fake but i wanted to get more information for those fraud peoples so that i can caught them.
So i went to noida on 3rd March and i told everything which happened with me to my Jiju who is working in HCL as Team Lead and then the investigation went in the right directions.
On 4th march i got information that Sachin is also doing fraud with other people's and on the same day i meet one person who was also going for the same process of Sachin and i asked her also regarding what she had did and how much he said to pay him and i get info that she is going to pay 1.5lacs on 5th March and i also make her understand about the fraud going on. and i told her to not to go that place as its is also not so safe as she is a girl and also the amount was big 1.5lacs.
on the same day he called me and said if i can also pay the amount on 5th march and my scheduled on 6th march.so that they can take the money on same day and get out from the place. and he also told me that on the same day his senior will call me to coordinate in the company.
On 5th march i received a call from a person name Atul saying that i am calling from IBM.
When i asked him what is your full name he disconnected the call and after getting details of Atul who is employee of IBM noida he again called me and asked where i am and i replied that i am on the way.
on that day i left from the noida to pune as i was cleared for that fraud and i decide to complain for those people's who doing these frauds.

The other Person who called me was Atul and his No was :[protected].

I request you to take action against these Fraudsters.
