1) Non-performance
2) Not Regular to the office
3) integrity issues
Your offer was very clear that you will have to meet the target that is been set in the letter, which was a low benchmark considering your experience and yet you did not deliver.
The offer that acknowledged and signed by yourself is very clear on the targets given to you.
Your termination letter is already been mailed to your email id ([protected]@gmail.com)and also been couriered to your corresponding address.

If you need any more clarification, please feel free to walk into the HR office to better understand the reasons on your termination.

Thanks for posting your complaint, it helps other agents who are in job hunt to decide joining for such companies. I am adding another point to this issue, I am not sure this company is currently running or not but I heard this companies floor is no more in Shri Krishna Akshaya Mansion, 1st Floor, No. 9, 27th Main, Ist Phase, 100 Feet Ring Road, BTM Layout, Bangalore 560 068. They gave a reason that Client was not satisfied with companies location.

I don't think reputed companies get such feedback's from international clients.

Hi i have worked at Light Mass Solutions for a US process and these people r so sick that they dont have money to pay the salaries and they have a hidden clause in the offer letter which is not mentioned during interview, and the HR tells that they have to pay electricity bill and transportation charges, its a very big fraud. Hi everyone who are looking out for a job please do not join this company called Light Mass solutions Pvt Ltd there are the cheapest guys i have ever seen in my life and they spoil all youngster life who joined them, they have not paid office boys who cleans the toilet and they have two office one in BTM and one in Silk board they have not paid the rent to both the offices they are cheat guys they don't have NO MONEY no water to drink nothing at all more over these guys, cant run even a small shop. From the office boys, cab drivers, agents, no one has got paid its all their own guys who has posted some good about the company which is all big time fake. but trust me guys you'll have a hope i[censored] work in domestic call center but i[censored] join Light Mass Solution's i[censored] get in to this company you'll end up in waiting outside the office asking for salary for eternity if you are working for them, please its a Request please don't join this horrifying company at all in your life time. this is what they say when you go and ask for the salary.

3.You where in PIP but they don't no what is that is apart.
4.I have never seen any company having Variable pay which is never paid.
5 PF which has been taken from the salary has no PF NUMBER at all.
6.Lightmasssolutions so called "INTERNATIONAL BPO"-but salary are worst than DOMESTIC CALL CENTER.

I see this company is still getting new processes and new employees who is a fresher who don't know about this company. I don't know why people don't read reviews about a company before joining ... Even I worked with this [censored]ing company... not even a single month I've got paid the salary which was on my offer letter.. I just got 40% of the salary decided on my Offer Letter... When Ever I go to HR and enquire about this they didn't have any answers... They just use say that the company is running in loss so we can't pay U guys.. One Fine day they terminated the entire floor stating that the process got shutdown and they didn't even pay us... They asked us to come after 60 days... So we went back after 60days and surprisingly those [censored]ers PRAMOD & DEVAM are asking who are you guys... After some time they called a lady police on the floor stating that these guys are creating problem on the floor... This is a lovely company with lots of nice people. My tl is awesome. My clients are awesome. Our CEO, COO and managers are nice. There are less facilities but what the heck, the environment is awesome. Some disgruntled employees are spreading wrong rumours. These people are from other companies trying to bring our company down. Mind it fellows! Don't spread wrong rumours.

I got offer letter on the month of april 2013 . I called many times to head HR regarding joining dates and because of them i was stuck for 2 months without any job in my hand. They provided all fake explanations and postponed the joining dates. Later on after 2 months i started searching job in other companies.

I recommend people not to join this company if really exists and don't ever waste your carrier . They are UNPROFESSIONAL as well as LIARS.
