Hey guys the one good advice that i would like to give you is "Beware of Pickzy pvt limited" yup what your thinking is right. They wasted my precious 3 month of time without even paying me moreover employee gets no government holidays, all saturdays working, more than 12 hours working and the most important thing employees are restricted to talk to each other. Seriously this uncle like guy Rateesh(Ceo of Pickzy) is an unethical country brute doesn't even knows to speak one line in english, none of the mandatory management skills present and dosent like confident girls who speak there mind.To sum up not fit to run even a KIRANA SHOP.

LABOUR COMMISSION :
Kindly check their employee list(people joining date and fired dated).that tells a lot.
if there is still some justice left in india please take necessary actions for the well being of employees.

Be careful when joining this company in Chennai. They make people work for more than 11 to 12 hrs a day by paying a low salary. Here they will not give a proper relieving letter after the 3 months of the notice period.
Working time is so the lot. But they will pay the less amount salary.
So don't go to the company...

He was trying to flick the source code and make it publish in the play store. Sucking employee blood I was worked as HR manager even I work on Sunday's but they didn't pay my salary almost a year gone but still no response from them while I joined With the organization I fight with ratheesh to give offer letter, PF, ESI to the employees. I don't like to work 12 hrs per day 6 days in a week sometimes even Sunday but no comp off so i relieved from the organization.Ratheesh told me he will give the full and final settlement around 20, 000 but still he is not giving me whenever I call them he is not picking the call. I think this is the 4 or 5 th new HR Nandhini I am talking about my problem!!! I hope they changed the company name to pickzy software previously it was in velachery in different name!!!
