Job Description: We are hiring Eligible Candidates for the above Position. Only Fresher Candidates are Eligible for the mentioned Position

Eligibility Criteria: B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA degree holders are only Eligible for this Position. Candidates with any branch are Welcome.
Minimum 50% marks in aggregate in Bachelors or Masters.
Kindly Note, If Any Candidate fails to get Minimum 50% marks in aggregate in Bachelors or
Masters, He/She is not Eligible for this Position strictly. Candidates having 49.99% marks in aggregate are not Eligible.
Candidates having GAP YEARS in their academic are Eligible. GAP YEAR Candidates can also apply for this Position.
Only Fresher Candidates are Eligible for this Position..

Salary: Salary Package starts from 3 lacs per annum.
Above CTC will include the facility of "Meal+Cab+Extra benefits".


Working Days: Monday to Friday. Saturdays & Sundays will be fixed off.


Working Hours: 10am to 6:30pm.


Job Location: Currently, we are hiring the Candidates for our India Campuses Only.
Position is open for New Delhi/Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai & Kolkata Only..


Selection Process:

There is not any Interview like Most of the IT Companies. First of All, We will select the Candidates as a "Trainee-Software Developer" or
"Trainee-Software Tester"on the basis of Percentage of Marks as mentioned. Candidates can choose any one Profile as per their Choice.

If a Candidate choose "Trainee-Software Developer" Profile, We will provide them "On-Job-Training" on ",NET & JAVA". And If He/She choose
"Trainee-Software Tester" Profile, We will provide them "On-Job-Training" on "MANUAL & AUTOMATION".

"On-Job-Training" will be provided to the Enrolled Candidates Only. During "On-Job-Training" Period, Each Candidate will get a Stipend of
Rs.7500/-(Seven Thousand & Five Hundred Only) Per Month till the 3 Months. During "On-Job-Training" Period, Each Candidate will also
avail the facility of "Cab+Meal" as a Free of Cost.

Duration of "On-Job-Training" will be for 3 months only. After successful completion of "On-Job-Training", All the Candidates will have to undergo
a "Certification Test". This "Certification Test" will be on Practical Platform. If They Qualify the "Certification Test", Company would be pleased
to confirm their appointment on the pay package as mentioned above.

"On-Job-Training" will be conducted at New Delhi / Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai & Kolkata Only.
Candidates can choose the "On-Job-Training" Center as per their Choice.

Candidates will be appointed as per their Choice of Job Location.

There is not any Bond at the time of Confirm Appointment. Candidates can quit from WTS at any Time.

Kindly Note. There are not any Charges / Hidden Charges from any Candidate.

Company will send the "Letter of Offer" only to the Enrolled Candidates to their E-mail Ids on 21st, September. 2013.

Candidates will have to report at the Venue mentioned in "Letter of Offer" on 23rd, September, 2013.

All the Candidates will have to come with their all Documents as mentioned in "Letter of Offer" on 23rd, September, 2013.

Last Date for Enrollment is 20th, September,2013.

To Get Enrolled for above mentioned Position, Each Candidate will have to make a
'Security Deposit-Refundable", Rs.2500/-(Two Thousand & Five Hundred Only)
in Company's Bank Account.
For this, Fill a Pay-In-Slip by going to any nearest branch of Axis bank from your Location.

Once We receive the above documents from your end, We will send you a confirmation message

Why a Security Deposit:
Dear Candidates, WTS is taking the "Security Deposit" only for the reason that you will join your
"Trainee" Position on above mentioned date. There could be some Candidates who will turn away
to join the Position. And then, It will create a big loss to the Company. So, By taking "Security Deposit",
We are ensuring that you are Serious and Interested Candidate for this Position. And, you will surely
join the Position on above mentioned date.
This "Security Deposit" will be refunded to you when you will complete one month of
"On-Job-Training" Duration.
If a Candidate fails to join the Position on above mentioned date, "Security Deposit" will not be refunded
at any cost, And it will be forfeited.
