Yesterday I got bill, at which due late( stamped ) is15/6/12 , when i visit on line pay ment site , then I saw paid amount which includes late payment also. now i am unable to pay as there is difference of 74/-,

    Meter reading problem. So pls check meter. Then reading units. Because meter are not doing well. So send a line man for check it. Reading units are much in this month. Previous reading 60 to 179 and 179 to 416 .what's this. So pls check out of meter..

      at this time the unit reader of the JVVNL has write the wrong unit number and then the amount of the Electric bill is very high as per without consuming of this kind of light and we have complains most of time but they are not consider

      We have security deposit Rs. 56400.00 since long in the name of our company M/S. Sanghvi Protein Pvt. Ltd. Sanchore, Dist. Jalore (Rajasthan) Now we didn't have connection in this company. We have also misplaced the Receipt of this Security Deposit.

      So please send the ledger of our security deposit, so we can apply for refund of our above security deposit.
      Or please advise us to whom we have to contact for refund of this security deposit.

        My meter is not display the reading, and we not get found bill from two months, I have been already told at road no .5 office and complaint to the engineer, but they are saying that your reading taker will write down on the paper that your meter is not working properly...I call him a lot of time to contact him but he is not responding .He, s saying I'll come today, yet another I'll come today, So what's kind of working .My account no. is 15060275 and your line man no. is [protected] and his name is Vijay. So why? Why he is not responding...
        So please do the needful, and resolve such type of problem as soon as possible.

          Sir,

          I have complained through phone to AEn ,JVVNL,Bhiwadi,Dist-Alwar,(Raj) several times, regarding continuous voltage fluctuation at my home add 6/141,UIT,Bhiwadi.

          Till date no one has come to see the said problem, moreover the neghbours have brought the field men of jvvnl office day before yeasterday and they have also loosen the cable from pole due to which there was no light last night.

          So, is it the right justice the deppt is giving to a customer?

          If the complaint to directly AEn can not be heared, shall we think that the lower staff will give proper response?

          Please do the needful at the earliest, that much I can only request.

            We have already given many complaints to customer care each time they are giving answer that we are sending team to repair. Still after a month they have not repaired from the pole. know and then light is switching off from pole. I have given application to change meter two times still they haven't change the meter. Please look into these two complaints that i have log to jvvnl vaishali nagar. So kindly am requesting you to look into this matter personally. If you do the needful then I shall be very much thankful to you.

            My self Kamal menghnani, my Meter number 104632 and A/c number 16020114 and I gave written complain to my electricity supply depatment to sift two other meter number 8395506 A/s number 16020113 and Meter number 623386 A/c 16020112 from my area, Acutally I am seprate from my uncle last one year, Now I have total seprate wall and entry gate. your swifting person come to me for done this job, but Sudden a person called him an stop them to do work, Because one of my uncles friend working in electricity department and he said that we will not do this. They want to give me trouble. And there office Mr. P.K.PALIWAL, is refuse my appalication, and said I cannot do this.

            I heartly request to you, please sift them meters from my area because sometime in raining I get current in my room walls and I have two childern 2 year. I don"t wait for any casuwalti happen with me or my family.

            My self Shankar sharma head a connection name Kalyan Sahay (Sirsi) which a/c. no. 17070018 and meter no.t9734696.on month of Dec.2012 i am surprised to see my electric bill amt.Rs.11964. because it will be so more than of my yearly average consumption of electric.

            in this matter i am also coordinate to our area JEN but they shay that you will use electric so you will pay.
            in this matter i am also complaint before a month that my electric meter not working properly and please change it.on this complaint JVNNL employe Change my meter on 12.11.2012.
            i am very trouble from this bill but nobody suggest me to improve my electric bill.
            Dear Sir/Madam,

            The customer care, which your department claims to be working 24*7, actualy doesnt follow the same.I have been calling at your customer care no.[protected] since yesterday night but nobody has even bothered to pick the call.
            After trying so hard, I called Mr N P Singh (AEN)at his mobile no. [protected] assuming that he will be helping me but he said "Its your problem and you have to manage it".

            Me and my family had undergone mental trauma last night and seek an explanation from your department.
            Request you to take up the matter and revert at earliest with the action taken against the defaulting employees.

              bola to bole ki thik hai hum dekhte hai lekin 1 hour tak koi nahi aaya jab tak me home ke bahar sparking dekhta raha us

              sparking ki wajah se tree pe burning ki wahaj se black spot ho gaya phir dubara se phone karne pe mujhe jo reply mila uski to

              me kalpana bhi nahi kar sakta tha udhar se reply mila ki aapki light to chaloo hai na hum dekh lege sparking ho rahi hai to

              hone do, aur puri raat bahut bar sparking ho rahi thi dhire dhire parntu koi nahi aaya.

              Agle din (11/06/2011) phir morning me 10:30 par mene phone kiya ki raat ko koi nahi aaya ab to aa jao ruk ruk kar sparking ho

              rahi hai yadi koi bada accident ho gaya to bahut loss ho jayega so abhi use sambhal lo udhar se reply aata hai ki abhi to

              transformer change karne ja rahe hai time milega to aap ke yaha bhi dikhwate hai aur meri baat sune bina hi phone rakh diya

              phir mene phone kiya to kisi ne phone receive nahi kiya phir mene afternoon me 4:30 pm ko phone kiya to kaha dekhte hai

              ki aapki koi complain yaha pe register nahi hai aap ne kaha hai to hum dekhte hai phir bhi koi nahi aaya.

              Next Day (12/06/2011) ko morning me 11:00 am ko phone kiya to bolte hai ki hume kuch nahi pata time milega to dekh lege aur

              badi berukhi se answer diya ki hamara kam hai hum dekh lege aap tension mat lo mene kaha koi life ka loss ho jayega to kaun

              jimmedar hai to kahane lage aap itni baat kyo kar rahe ho time milega to karwa dege aur phone rakh diya evening me phir 6:00

              pm ko phone kiya to koi responsible reply nahi, night me 8:20 pm pe jab ulimately cabel dhamake ke saath sparking ho ke tut

              gayi aur niche road pe gir gayi wo to Bhagwan ka sukr hai ki us time pe koi bhi us cabel ke niche nahi tha bas 3 motor cycle

              khadi thi waha pe, jab cabel tutne ka phone kiya to uska reply bhi bahut hi aashchrya janak mila ki cabel tut gayi hai to hum

              kya kare tut gayi to tut gayi, mene kaha ki us cabel me light chaloo hai to bola ki thik hai koi aadmi aane do bhijwate hai

              uske baad mene aur hamare padosiyo ne nigah rakhi ki koi us tuti cabel se na touch ho jaaye aur 30 minute baad do aadmi aate

              hai aur bina hamari kuch sune tuti cabel ko supply band kar ke kar ke pole pe baadh jate hai aur hamari to ek bhi nahi sunte hai aur chale jaate hai humne kaha ki tree pe 1 cabel aur tutne jaisi hai wo bhi bahut jayada latk gayi hai aur tut jaayegi, lekin hamari kon sunane wala hai aur wo log chale gaye.

              Ab yadi koi jaan maal ka nuksan hota hai to uske liye kon responsible hai, mujhe aap bataye ki hamari kya galti hai kyoki

              bahut jayada sambhawana hai ki koi bhi jaan maal ka nuksan hota hai to hami logo ko hoga kyoki hum hi sabse najdik hai us

              spot ke jaha se cabel tuti hai aur bahut jaldi dusari tutne wali hai.

              Mere aap se 1 hi request hai haath jod kar ke ki hamari cabel jo tut gayi hai aur jo tutne wali hai use thik karwa de aur

              future me aisa na ho uske liye koi upay kar de to hum aapke bahut bahut aabhari rahege.

              please aap muje ye bataye ki aisi complain kitane time me complete ho jani chahiye kyoki mujhe nahi lagata ki ye log apne

                Sir/Madam,
                We have applied for Electricity (Domestic use) connection for our ancestral house situated in village Morori Tehsil Bansur, Rajasthan, this area come under JVNL (JAIPUR VIDHYUT VITRAN NIGAM LIMITED) jurisdiction. On this regard we submitted application on 20/12/2010 (Receipt No: 54), after survey & mapping of the requisition, we were asked to deposit the initial amount .That was submitted on 28 /01/2011 for the ORDER NO: HU NO 9709/100/1/2/11.
                Till date we have don’t have meter installed at our premises. We visited JVNL office at least 20 times, talked to the concerned authority with no results. (Junior Engineer: Nand Kishore Khichi, Assistant Engineer, Lineman Ganesh Lal Saini)
                Irony is concerned authority is just ignorant.
                Below mentioned is the information regarding the same.

                    i have written a complaint in electricity home at 4th sector kudi bhagtasni housing board, for my connection lose at the pole..., ,
                    this problem occurs many time but didn't they get any action and due to this in rainy days electricity is not available at my home, last evening i am going to complaint for this but nobody has come to solve it up-to this time. they sit and gossip to each other in side the room at electricity home.

                      2.We pay our electricity bills on time within due date always. The Sub-division code is 1903 and account number of our connection is[protected].

                      3.Billing address of this connection is:

                      4.The meter reading of our connection in the month of February 2011 is as follows:

                      Current Meter Reading:37959
                      Previous Meter Reading: 37879
                      Difference in Reading i.e. Utilized units:80

                      Therefore our Feb.2011 bill must be prepared on the basis of 80 utilized units. But when we get our electricity bill of Feb 2011, we got surprised to know that our bill has been prepared on the basis of 264 utilized units & with the mark as defaulter meter whereas our meter is going well.
                      When my father contacted AEN of Sadulpur division he said your utilized units are very less this month in comparison with previous month’s units. My father told him that we controlled uses of electricity this month so the units are less. My father also gave an application for the same. But AEN is not agreed to take any action, he said our meter is old and defaulter. Whereas our meter is going well, you can check it. I want to ask that if our meter is old then why they didn’t change it.

                      5.AEN is functioning like autonomous body and seems to have no control from any other authority. It seems that there is no written rule from the controlling agency and he is forcing its own constitution. He was not having any valid reason for these wrongly charged 264 units. I want you take necessary action & interfere in this matter to resolve the problem and ask this officer why he has sent wrong bill to us.

                      I have sent mails to CMD of JDVVNL but no response received.
                      In view of the above problem, I decide to bring this matter in writing to your kind notice with the hope that this matter will be taken seriously to rectify the problem as early as possible. Therefore, I would like to request you to take necessary action and setup an enquiry to rectify my problem & save my consumer rights.

                          I made a written complaint about my electric meter fault (not working at all) to JEN (Electricity), Pratapnager on 27th Sep 2010. He marked the application for JEN meter section asked me to give that application to JEN meter section. I gave it to meter section and asked that approximately how many days it will take to change the meter he told me that about a month. Yesterday (21st Dec 2010) some of the officials turned up and took the meter with them. I was not at home and my wife showed the application marked by JEN but they did not inform anything. I am still unaware how many days it will take to get a new electric meter. In the meantime I am paying the meter rent for faulty meter that is not working at all. Hoping to see a positive response.

                              I have 2 meters in my house. Since the past 2 years, I'm fed up with faulty meters being fitted by JVVNL, which result in:
                              a) Immense inconvenience and wastage of time to get it replaced;
                              b) New meter cost that needs to be paid every time the meter is replaced
                              c) WORSE - The method of calculation of average electricity consumption for the period the meter was faulty, is V. UNJUST & UNETHICAL, which results in V.HIGH bill based on Average consumption. The method of avg consumption calculation is: Average of last 6 months consumption, or, Consumptino of same period of last year, WHICHEVER IS HIGHER. Now, with this clause "WHICHER IS HIGHER" whenever the meter goes faulty, it is the consumer who'd INVARIABLY pay higher cost, REGARDLESS of the month in which the meter has gone bad.
                              d) It seems to be the unwritten unfair monopolistic policy of the service provider TO EARN HIGHER REVENUE IN THIS MANNER BY SUPPLYING FAULTY METERS to consumers.
                              e) This needs to be challenged by way of a PIL in the Hon'ble HC here, which I'll be doing shortly.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  This is to bring to your kind notice that I am consumer of JVVNL (JAIPUR VIDHUT VITARAN NIGAM LIMITED).
                                  We are well aware and educated citizen of India who is using this electricity in a very economical and proper way, which is provided to us by the government after a big and great efforts and which is very much limited to the country in comparison to its population size and industrial growth.
                                  To keep theses points in to views we are using only LEDs (Light Emitting Diode) in our house 3 to 9 watts and CFL for lighting and LED TV in a very efficient way to give us optimum use of electricity just to control our electricity bills. As a result we get controlled electricity bills in comparison of others who are using electricity without caring.
                                  Yesterday on 23rd January, 2016 an employee of electricity board came and changed our electricity meter and signed a letter after saying that electricity department has decided to change the meter as its getting lesser reading.
                                  My point is that if electricity department has any confusion regarding the bills we have been given any notice or explanation letter instead of knowing the root cause of the mater.
                                  If the electricity meter, which has been installed now, is of same slandered, electricity department will find almost same reading and if in different in nature we will not be responsible for any discrepancies.
                                  Sir, We feel that government should appreciate such users, who are the role model in using electricity in such an efficient way, instead of wasting time and money of the department which comes from tax payer.
                                  Hope for an early and necessary action on this issue.

                                      I am resident of shahriabas(lamra) ladnun, dist nagaur.It is big problem thant there is more power cut than declared .Electricity supply is on low voltage specially after sunset.There is voltage fluctuation everyday. Due to low voltage and voltage fluctuation, electric equipments are effected badly.Every day many time power cut after evening.
                                      Kindly improve electricity supply.It is very painful problem in this hot climate.

                                      KESA — Frequent Power Cuts and Low Voltage

                                      Every day, inspite of commitements of scheduled power cut, Gulmohar Vihar, Juhi, Kanpur (UP) is facing frequent power cuts for almost 12 hrs per day. And on availability of power, there is issue of "Low Voltage". On making complaints for faults, these are not repaired for hrs.
                                      the same problem occurs in Shikargarh area also and this problem is since last 2 to 3 yrs voltage is very very low due to which many electrical appliances suffered severe damages,
                                      higher authorities must look seriously in this matter as electricity fluctuation is creating hell.
                                      Sir Its my moral duty to inform in the illegal connection or direct connection with pole.Bhutton ka Baas Gajner Road near major puran singh nagar-Bikaner Rajasthan. In this Bhutton ka baas every person got illegal connection.and the lights on every time .these person are near about 500 connections illegal.
                                      These person dont know that they are helping to increase Carbon-di-oxide.
                                      Plese take a necessary action on it.I have already complaint in bikaner muncipal corp. complaint no is 9010860.yet process is under going by politicians.
