Dear Concerned,

I had approached AEN(B-III)JVVNL,Kota for Electricity Connection
to my newly constructed house in Ganpati Awaas, Nr.Ridhi Sidhi
Nagar,Bundi, Road,Kota.

Initially, I was told that it is very far from the electrified area, so you will have to take Temp.Connection. I have done the formalities required for a connection( which is same for Temp.Connection & Permanent Connections), I got the connection.Only Difference is at
the Tarrif Plan of JVVNL. They are charging more than 4times to a
Temp.Connection Holder than a Permanent Connection Holder.

Again, I had contacted the officials concerned, they told me with
in Six months of the Temp.Connection, you have to apply for permanent connection,so I applied again for permanent connection.
and did required formalities including deposition of required amount.
Second House next to mine, got permanent connection because
House Owner is Daughter of Ex-Deputy Chief Minister of Last Rajasthan Govt.

After lapse of more than six months, till date I could not able to convert my Temp.Connection to a Permanant One so that I could
be charged 4times less than now I am paying.

I have a question to JVVNL Officials, that if,
There is line infront of your house.
There is pole with in your feasibility limit.
Very Second House to my house is having permanent connection...

Then,

How you deprive me from converting temp.connection to permanent connection...?

I WANT TO COMPLAINT, THAT I HAVE AN NDS CONNUCTION AT KANTALIYA, TH MARWAR, VIA SOJAT, DT-PALI.
I PAY ALL BILL REGULLRLY AT TIME. WHEN I KNEW THAT MY METER WAS STOPED I GAVE NOTICED TO AEN OFFICE SOJAT ROAD ON THAT TIME OFFICER ORDERD TO LINE MEN TO CHANGED BUT DUE TO SHORTEGE OF METER MY METER WAS NOT CHANGE AT RIGHT TIME AFTER 6TH MONTH OFFICER POSTED NOTICE TO ME NOTICE OF AVERAGE CHARGES, I WENT TO AEN OFFICE AND SHAW THAT NOTICE TO THEM THEY TOLD YOUR METER REDDING WAS NOT DISPLAYED THAT IS WHAY THIS CHARGED YOU.
I WANT TO TOLD THAT WHEN I TOLD TO OFFICE IN RETTEN THAT METER WAS NOT DESPLAYED THEN WHY SHOD THEY CHARGED ME, WHY DEPARTMENT NOT CHANGED MY METER AT TIME.
NOW THEY AGAIN GIVE ME NOTICE FOR CHARGED DUE TO NOT DESPLAYED OF METER, WE DONT KNOW THAT HOW THE METER WAS DWSPLAYED THIS IS THE DUTY OF DEPARTMENT. PLEASE TAKE LEGEL ACCITION ABOUT THIS MATTER.

    I belong to village Maheshwara kalan, Tehsil & district Dausa. After my consistent efforts & repeated complaints to lowest at AEn and highest upto Minister of Energy Rajasthan, CM & CS, an electric connection (Rural) was established on my agricultural land in the month end of October 2008. The present Account No. of the Connection is 23090243, Meter No.298992 - Consumer's name Smt. Rashmi misra. The establishment work was done by the contractor malicious intention that too was on the silent support of concerned JEn & AEn (Rural). Therefore the service line was fall down on ground. On my immediate information AEn - A2 (Rural) has arranged to disconnect the current from damaged & grounded service line. SINCE 9 month i.e. 16TH MAY 2009 NOTHING HAS BEEN INITIATED BY JAIPUR VIDYUT VITRAN NIGAM LIMITED DAUSA DESPITE MY REPEATED REQUEST And reminders to AEn, Ex En, SE Dausa. They all are clearly, openly & maliciously acting against & violating the Consumer Protection Act.

    I shall be thankful to you & your plateform if the service line could be repaired/replaced and electric connection could be restored at the earliest. Thanks. Rashmi misra

    sir mere ghar light nhi lagi hui hai uske bavjood mujhe per month rs. 400 bill dena pad raha hai jabki mere gavn me kai logo ke connection nhi hai fir bhi unke ghar ligh ki suvidha hai aur mai JEn ke paas jata hu toh vo sunte nhi hai, vo bhi unke( jinke bina connection light lagi hui hai) paas hi jate hai agar gavn jate hai toh, aur hume connection hote bhi bina light ke rahna pad raha hai sath me bill bhi pay karna pad raha hai. Gavn me 5 gharo ke liye jo transfarmer hota hai usme 4 logo ke ghar ki light supply ho rahi hai ek jagah khali hote hue bhi hume light nhi mil rahi hai.JEn se un logo ne mana kiya hua hai lagane ke liye or paise le rakhe hai isliye vo koi action nhi leta ..So please apse request hai ki meri ye problem solve karne or light provide karane ki kripa kare.

      High Electricity Bill

      Sir,
      I am residing at my home since 40 years with my family. My A/c No is 18010074 and sub division code is 2312 . My electricity bill remains between Rs 800 to Rs 1300 in winter and between Rs 1800 to Rs 2700 in summer. But bill for the month from July 09 to August 09 is for Rs 4501 which is the highest electricity bill in my life while I have consumed less electricity in these two months it should be below Rs 2000.       Respected Sir,

      I do hope that the letter of mine may reach in your good health and cheerful spirit.

      With very deep regret we are addressing you through this letter to invite your immediate attention. We had voted your party with very great expectation and full of hope that being a very good Chief Minister having admirable administrative record will live in the heart of the people with his excellent performance, but in vain. Now a days in Rajasthan it has become a general phenomenon of frequent cumbersome power failure ( total more than 10/12 hours during day time and night time), that too in this scorching summer season without any intimation or timing. I have travelled and stayed almost all the States in India and had never come across with such situation. Almost all States are applying power cuts which is inevitable, but with proper timing and planning. In Behror (Dist. Alwar), there is no timing and no planning towards power cuts. Sir, can you please imagine the intensity of more than 8 hours power cut continuously when the mercury is at its peak level. Office goers, school going children, infants elderly peoples etc. how they are managing such an embarrassing situation.

      Being a dutiful citizen of India, it would not be out of place to mention here that, on 15th August 2009, our beloved Nation is celebrating its 62nd Independence Day. Our Hon’ble Prime Minister is addressing the Nation from Red Fort and we all are watching joyfully the celebrations and hearing the speech – what a shame to the State of Rajasthan and our Nation – at 8.10 AM the power was disconnected as usual leaving all o[censored]s in a dilemma. At least Electricity Department has spared us to watch such memorable events as a proud Indian. A patriot can only be proud on such occasions, I do hope so.

      Further, yesterday at around 3.00 PM there was a power failure at our locality and till this time (now 17.06 PM) the power has not been restored. We are unable to understand the problem facing by this Government as there was no problem with previous Government with respect to power cuts. Also in Behror city near NH-8 the hawkers have comfortably encroached the road sides giving much impediments to the pedestrians and vehicles. Who bothers? – Virtually the administration is not initiating any action for smooth movements to the pedestrians as well as vehicles.

      I/We shall be grateful to you, your Government and bureaucrats to kindly look into the matter and arrange the power cut systematically. Needless to say these small steps may bring bright future to the Government as well as well being of the citizens.

      मीटर रीडिंग समय पर न लेना - खाता संख्या 23020263 उपखंड - जगतपुरा, जयपुर।

      मेरा बिल हमेशा उचित समय पर नहीं दिया जाता है। बिजली विभाग के कई चक्कर लगाने के बाद एक साथ कई महीनो का बिल थमाया जाता है जिसमें रीडिंग अनुमान के आधार पर लिखी जाती है। दिनांक 01 जुलाई 2011 को जारी डुप्लीकेट बिल में दर्शायी गई रीडिंग एवं वास्तविक रीडिंग में करीब एक हजार यूनिट का अंतर है। कृपया मीटर रीडर को सही रीडिंग के साथ समय पर बिल जारी करने के लिए पाबंद करे।
