Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited [JDVVNL] — electricity bill paid but I still see it due

Sir/ma'am,
I paid my electricity bill on december 6, 2019 amounting 4005 through paytm payments app and paytm showed that the bill is paid but the bill desk was still showing it due. I waited to get it updated but still it is due after a week.
