I received a wrong Message on my mobile no. [protected] for bill payment of some consumer of JDVVNL I made the payment for K No.[protected] thinking the message was meant for me. The payment was made via free charge. Please refund the amount Rs. 792/- ASAP on my bank a/c or my JVVNL K No.[protected], as your department send me the wrong message.
Please take action ASAP as wrong message for other customer was sent to my mobile no. for bill payment.
Please arrange the payment in my JVVNL K No.[protected] A/C in Jaipur OR my SBBJ Bank A/C No. [protected]
