Subject: Suspect platform for the purpose of cheating people, on Facebook - Joggersstop.com

Dear Team Facebook,

I would like to bring to your kind and immediate notice that, I suspect a platform selling watches, shoes and other items, seems to be fraudulent in the way they operate. I state the above basis my experience, which is duly explained below.

1. On the 9h of July, 2020, I came across an advertisement on my FB timeline, which carried images of shoes, with the price-point Rs. 499.
2. I clicked the link and it took me to the Joggersstop.com landing page.
3. I did believe that, the price points for the items listed were extremely competitive.
4. I selected watches and shoes and made payment vide TWO transactions (Please see the receipts received from Razorpay - Images 1& 2)
5. I made payments through BHIM UPI
6. Payments made on 9.7.2020 for amounts Rs. 1497 and Rs. 2994; totalling to Rs. 4491

So why do I believe this platform are cheats?
 I did not receive any itemised receipt from the platform.
 I just received a receipt from Razorpay (Payment gateway), which confirmed the TOTAL amounts received in each transaction
 I wrote to '[protected]@joggersstop.com' and I have never received any response as yet (Please see trail mails below)
 In their website, it must be noted that there is NO postal address mentioned
 If I enter the 'Order ID, found in the receipts to track my order on the website, along with my email id, I get a response stating that, my order cannot be located
 It must be noted that, the website does not allow for the order ID to be copied from the email and pasted onto the website. Now with so many characters, it seems like an attempt to conduct fraud
 They claim upto 24 hours delivery in the US and 7 days in other countries. It is now been 19 days since I made payments

What else did I do to establish that, this is a CHEATING organisation?
 I did received an SMS tracking link, which I used.
 The website for product deliveries is one ' https://www.expressgocourier.com/'
 Now if you look at the format and layout of this company, it is very similar to the Joggersstop.com website
 What is worse is the following:
a. No office postal address
b. No calling number
c. The customer service email id bears striking similarities to the Joggersstop.com email id for support
d. They have a login link, but nothing happens when clicked

 If you peruse the below emails, which I have written to the courier company. It seems obvious that, the responses are standardised to a great extent (As if they're automated)
 Simple questions to the courier firm remain unanswered and for obvious reasons
 If the tracking number is entered in the courier company website, I get a standard response, which has not changed :
 Track order Result for [protected]:

Now I completely understand that, Facebook is not entirely responsible if consumers and its members get cheated and incur loss of monies, but the fact remains that, it was on your Facebook website that, I was made to engage with Joggersstop.com.
I have threatened to proceed and file a case with the police for cheating (420 of the IPC) and will have to make a clear mention of Facebook from where I was led to this fraudulent site and logistics company.
Joggersstop does feature on the Facebook platform too and as a business page; so does expressgocouriers.com

Facebook, I wish to inform you that, it will be proper for you to investigate these platforms at your end too.
I can assure that, if I do not receive my products on / before the 5th of August, 2020, then I will take the apathy across the social media platforms at my disposal.
I do sincerely believe that, Facebook needs to conduct some form of due diligence while dealing with companies who advertise and / propagate vide the Facebook platform.
Please do note that, I work for India's largest media company and I will, under no circumstances, hesitate to share the turn of events to more than 5 million individuals in India and overseas.

I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest.

Many thanks in advance !

PS:
Similar to Joggersstop.com, I have also come across many other platforms with different names.
It is my belief that, all these sites where products are priced at Rs. 499 (Watches and Shoes), are fraudulent businesses created to cheat and rob people. Why I say this is simple, you will find very similar layouts and formats on the websites. The processes remain constant. Please do check for yourselves.

Warm Regards,
