Its worst experience and like nightmare to be for past 10 years with Johnson lifts. We gave compliant regarding door opening issue. after several followups their service team visited our place and used the lift and went to 4th floor and came down and left with out any intimation when asked for reason he said he will send other person, another person appeared after one hour and he went to check the lift to 4th floor lift room.
after one hour service guys came down stating some parts are to be replaced and he said he need to check before replacing the parts, with out informing to us he took some parts and came down and said these parts are to be checked with other lift and he took parts outside and came back saying some board is gone.
Untill then lift worked fine and after this came lift is totally dead when asked on whose approval you have taken parts out of premises he is silent ...
Never there is a Job Card Filed by service team
Never they give any work report or problem report.
They behave professional only while giving quotation and company standards are not shown anywhere apart from receiving money.
If we ask for explanation they will start shouting abusing on customers and blame you are the only customer who behave like this.

We will file in consumer court and fight for total money from company and come out of this unprofessional company
What i understood here is right from Zonal manager to low level employee they take our parts and replace with gone parts and take money from us for new parts and they sell this used parts in market. Was this information helpful? |
I Anil reddy ordered lift and paid the full amount 10days back now the local person Heramath saying that you have to pay the 6percent gst as per the government of India which has raised 18july.if I have already paid full amount why I should I have pay new gst amount.plz help me in this matter, I will be thankful to you.job sheet no-JL/60-KA01/01581/E
