Johnson Lifts — Faulty lifts

We have purchased two lifts from Johnson Lifts Noida. Lifts were installed & handed over in August 2014. Since then, there are getting frequently faults. Complaints are booked regularly, some faults are removed but not completely O.K. There is not a good response from your service team. Members of society are very annoyed, there may happen any serious incident with lifts. Please do necessary arrangement for complete checking/service of the lifts. Secretary UTSARG GOVT.
