Johnson Lifts — Lift is not working before 1 week and not get satisfactory answer of company side

I'm the secretory of the signature apartment, sector-3a, a. v. colony, sikandra, agra. your companies lift was working in our apartment. but before one week lift is out of order. so many times call to your engineer but they did't lift well. 85% aged person (above 68 years) living in this apartment. due to failure of this lift the can't go to temple & another place.

So please solve it now earlier
