Dear sir, my lift is not working since last one week properly and complaint has been done and yesterday the had come to change the rope of the lift but the have not done it fully and without starting the lift they left the place and after repaeated phone call to them they have not informed when they will do the needful.plaese take the action against the person who is responsible for this .
